We used Nicholas Michael to sell two properties on behalf of a housing association, very niche market given their condition/location. I found the service received to be very professional and efficient, particularly Non who I dealt with on the phone a few times. Would happily recommend.

Very patronising, made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. You ask questions for clarity and made to feel uncomfortable and belittled. I wouldn't recommend them at all. I hope the contents of this review are duly noted.

Sold a lie!! We had been trying to sell our Nan’s house for over a year with another agent in the area. After shopping around for valuations we decided to pick a chain estate agent over the local estate agents, because they valued our house a whole 15k over what Nicholas Michael had, and obviously this was very appealing to us. HOWEVER, just because someone convinces you or flashes the cash in your face doesn’t mean your house is sold. After a year of having a lot of interest but people not meeting or coming close to this absurd valuation from the chain, first time buyers offering the correct amount but unable to get mortgages on our house as the house wasn’t worth what the chain had said. We decided to withdraw from the market and go with Nicholas Michael. Our house is now sold/completed 4 months later  I would like to say a special thanks to Non for keeping us up to date throughout the process, Mike for your honestly from the very start (which we wished we listened too) and the team in the office who are very friendly.

We moved 8 weeks ago and they couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely 5 star service. Reply same day to any problems and (we rent) and get in touch with the llandord to fix any issues immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Nicholas Michael estate agents dealt with the sale of our house a few months ago. They advertised the house very well and kept us up to date along the way. Nothing was ever an issue for them and all of the staff were friendly and professional. We couldn't be happier with the service they've provided.
