After searching high and low on the internet for a new phone, I came across Niche Office Solutions. Little did I know their office is just down the road from me! Anyway, I called them up and asked them about the range of phones they had and the competitive pricing. Surprisingly, they did the new IPhone XR for only around £800! The staff were friendly and they clearly explained everything thoroughly, the delivery was some of the best I have ever witnessed. Overall I love this company, I will be definitely be shopping here again.

Good communication I had an issue with the order, and the companies delivery depot had some serious misunderstanding with only half the order arriving. But the team communicated well, and was trying to be helpful and kind on the phone and over email. All in all the issue could happen with anyone at least they had good customer service instead of ignoring the matter.
