Great experience on all front with Nice Man Big Van and their packing service. They came around speedily for a quote, and were very efficient in all our email correspondence, including after they received all payment. They were also super flexible (due to an issue with the international shipping company they stored our belongings at their place overnight without basically any notice and went back the following day to help collection). Not only they provided all they said they would at a very reasonable price (we had quotes from a few other companies), but they are also truly nice and friendly guys.

Steve and the guys made our house move totally stress-free and were friendly, efficient and very careful with our belongings. We were moving from a 2nd floor flat and they managed very well with all the stairs. They took the greatest of care dismantling and reassembling our sofa so it would fit through the door and everything was carefully strapped into the van or wrapped in thick blankets for protection on the journey. We couldn't have hoped for a better service at such a great price and would 100% recommend this company.

We recently used Nice Man Big Van to help us move from our 3rd Floor Brighton office to a new office Newhaven ... on a Sunday! The whole process couldn't have been better. On time, friendly, hard working. But was great to see the guys didn't just care for our furniture but that they didn't cause any other damage. Also the pricing structure is great - you pay for what you need. No negotiating prices on how complex the job is. Moves aren't fun .. but this almost was. Thank you.
