Next oxford

Decent sized next shop with a good selection of clothes for adults and kids. It's bright and airy inside, the choice is good. There is a strange undulation in the flooring in the kids section in multiple locations. Otherwise no other grumbles

Staff attitude very poor, very rude when I asked were the children's clothing was mumbling under her breath she was making out like its obvious, I however have special needs.

Never fails to impress. Always find something to buy or would like to buy.

Good quality clothes at great prices; plus, their free next day click and collect is awesome, whatever they don't have in store, you can just order it and it'll be there for free next day!

I like a lot of Next’s clothes and they’re a good price but the reason I give it 5 stars is for Antony behind the cashier. He helped me so much with getting a suit for a friend’s wedding in terms of checking size and availability. Great guy!

Very unhelpful staff ,seem to have no idea what they are talking about. Tried to return an item ordered via click and collect .Was told that I would have to arrange for it to be returned myself as online and store orders were different!! 20 minutes on the phone, to be told I need to return the item to a Next store or I will be charged for a courier to collect it. Luckily a very helpful person on the phone sorted out free collection.

One of the shop sellers accused my boyfriend and I of stealing (!) because when we gave back some clothes and they said they ended with an extra hanger. They kept saying "Where are the trousers? I am waiting for you to give the trousers back", even though we had said we gave everything back. I was shocked, never have this happened in my whole life. Another person of the staff had already been very rude too, they talked in a way as if they were telling us off like an angry parent/ teacher. Such a terrible experience, I left this store feeling very stressed. This staff URGENTLY needs training on how to deal with costumers.

Good store but the shopping experience greatly spoilt this evening by the blonde manager, who was very unpleasant and rushed me to leave when I wanted to quickly get one more item that i had already seen, even though there was still 7 minutes left to closing time, as 'It's Christmas Eve' she said.

Good selection of men's, woman's and kids wear aswell as Next homewear upstairs next to the typical Costa you find in practically every Next store... :) It isn't a huge store, however even with their one ways system at the minute, it is easy to navigate and find what you need (followed by a coffee). Staff are always polite and courteous too
