I love Next but Manchester Fort branch is appalling! My orders to be picked up in store were stolen

I love Next but Manchester Fort branch is appalling! My orders to be picked up in store were stolen three times, latest was 27th July 2021. I was planning to go pick them all up at once since the order did not come together. I got an email saying, thanks for collecting your parcels!!!. I rang up immediately to complain and the adviser called them, only to be told the parcels were missing! Which l'd rather say stolen within the branch again! How did they manage to post it into my account as collected! It baffled me. Please be aware that you may pay for something you did not collect if you don't check your account regularly
