Jaq was a great help when I needed sizing for a shirt for a wedding. He was quick, courteous and sized me correctly. Thank you for your sincere and superb customer service.

Staff are always friendly and make you feel like a VIP. Never had to queue more then a few minutes they open tiles up when they see people waiting. My favourite store

Had to go and find servicing staff. Could have been nicer customer service.

Easy enough today for parking. Overwhelming range of clothes falling of tightly packed rails. Surprised to see Paperchase in there, stocking the ' I see it I want it' products

It's a good store but I couldn't find trousers for the shorter woman

Good sized shop on two levels. Big children's section, coffee shop and furniture. Free parking.

Nice big store. Not many suits though for such a lot of space and that's why we were shopping there. Got one in m&s though thank goodness

Don't normally think of Next but we hated the Christmas card and gift wrap choices in M&S so went into there. Came out with cards and gift wrap. Very happy 😊

Nice looking store clean and tidy , good range , got all I needed , staff friendly, parking easy .

Nice and quiet, would have bought something if the staff had asked if we needed help, cos we did and there was no one around.
