I would never recommend this place again to anyone! I have called them to suspend my membership but they still charged me 94$ which is so unfair! Emails has not been reply, leave voicemail also useless. They just took your money. I hope you have better management! Don’t just take away money from people without even took care of their membership. Everything was so unclear! overall this place is so greedy!

Pricing is not transparent on website but minimum weekly cost was quoted as $43 a week, and you need to sign up for at least 3 months and pay a sign up fee too. Not that you'd know - very hard to get this information straight from them, it took a friend of mine over half an hour just to get them to be upfront. Why, oh why, can't a place like this just be willing to be open about their prices? I used to be a member of Club Lime which cost less than half as much (maybe $15 a week) and had equivalent amenities. Also no phone reception in the building - possibly to stop you doing price comparison with better gyms?

Ridiculously overpriced. Staff wouldn’t allow me to come and test the facilities as they are ‘members only’ and would need to pay $60 for a 1 day trial. Was rudely told it’s not a gym, it’s a ‘lifestyle’ centre. Also didn’t give transparent pricing. Staff were less than helpful.

My partner and I had a tour of the gym. Two days later, they called us during work hours to ask if we would like to sign up. I said we haven't decided and will give them a call back regarding our decision as I was busy at work. Natalie decided to question what is stopping me from making a decision. Once again, I explained I was busy at work. Her tone of voice got more and more aggressive as she asked me why I toured the gym if I was so busy. I told her that she questions and tone of voice is making me uncomfortable. She hung up on me. I do not recommend signing up to their gym based on their behavior towards potential customers.

Wow.... Great facilities to relax, workout and enjoy.... Definitely caught my eye and I became a member straight away.... Gold class....
