After queing for 10 minutes at the llantrisant store, with only 2 serving and after the one assistant calling twice and buzzing, a sales assistant turned up eventually without so much as an apology for the wait, not impressed with the service on this occasion.

My favourite favourite clothes shop, everytime I visit I always spend £200, then I go back again next week...

Just spent 15 minutes in store looking for size 14 knitwear. Nice stuff but no size 14's. Come on Next, not the first time this has happened. A truly disappointing shopping experience!

Lovely large store. Always clean and bright with friendly staff who are more than happy to help. Can be very busy especially on the ground floor but even with that being said nothing is too much for the staff!

Good place. Always well stocked with good selection. Good shop. Good prices. Lots of selection.Excellent Always clean and tidy and a large amount of products on display. Always plenty of staff to help and is very fast at sortinf your needs. No waiting around twiddling your thumbs. A fast and friendly service...bish bash....that was fast...lol.

I was looking to buy clothes for my Nieces but didn’t quite have the eye for what went with what in colours. I managed to find Gurbir Kaur who kindly helped me to choose the right outfits I was looking for. Gurbir was very helpful. Thank you. 👍🏼

I have just returned items to this store and the service i have received by the member of staff on the till was absolutely shocking . This was bwcause i did not want to leave my items in the yellow bins and said i woukd rather stay and return them . There was no one else in front of me and at that point no one behind me . She told me that she was to busy to be doing the return !!!! I have shipped in this store for a few years niw and have never had this terrible service , and a lot of the staff always talk to me as i have shopped here for so lobg now I wont be shopping here again i am sorry to say

Had no problem with staff very helpful mind you I was in the men's department I found the girls very helpful thanks mind you I had to refuse them the offer off help in the changing room me trying on trousers
