Generally this is a good store with friendly & helpful staff. Today I went in to collect an order. I walked around the store, at least 3 times, to find a collection point. I asked at the pay counter, upstairs they said. As I wander up, I’m still looking for directions. Nothing. Asking at the Home counter if this was where you collect. Yes, she said. Where are the signs I politely ask, expecting to have them pointed out and feeling silly for not spotting them. There are none said the assistant. Apparently many customers have complained and staff have reported it back to management who clearly have little respect for their customers, reflected in the complete absence of directional signs.

Went to buy a suit for my son and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped get good measurements and made recommendations which worked out to be perfect. We had to order a jacket size that they did not have in store and it came in to the store the next day!! Super impressed and I really appreciate the great service from the chaps in the men's clothes department.
