Walked 40 minutes with heavy parcels to post only to be told that the person serving didn't know how to send parcels and it would be a further 45 minutes until someone who could would be in. This is despite it clearly stating post office open online.

I called up asking about photocopying services as we needed to get something photocopied and in the post quickly. They couldn't help but were ever so helpful in telling me where my nearest post office was that could help me. Every time i go into this post office i find the staff pleasant and helpful, great little post office/shop.
