Superb in every way, highly recommended. The contact and follow up from reception was very good and cannot understand previous negative comments. Solved a lifetime problem with crooked teeth. all done so smoothly and comfortably - I can't stop smiling!

I'm so pleased with the composite bonding Dr Haidar has done on my teeth to close a large gap between my top two teeth and evened up the surrounding few. My confidence has improved so much I can't stop smiling. He is very calm & reassuring and explains what he is going to do. He's a perfectionist & ensures you are 100% happy with the finish result. I'm sad I didn't do it sooner. Would highly recommend Dr Haidar at the Cambridge branch.

I have been cancelled on many occasions when I have called up to get an appointment for my daughter I was told by an extremely rude receptionist she had deactivated my child’s account i said to her I had letters and text messages proving it was not me cancelling or not showing up she continued her very unprofessional bad manored way of speaking to me I really like the dentists themselves here but the receptionist is enough for me to never want to come back !

The receptionist on the phone was not at a brilliant professional standard. She had a strong Indian/Pakistani accent (not sure which), and the information she gave was a bit all over the place, repeated key information. She had trouble taking the information from me, lots of requests for repeats, and then called me ‘Mr....(my first name)’ as might be common in India. Finally, I was texted with my name spelt completely wrong, even though it was clarified over the phone. Basically, she did not come across as someone who spoke English as their primary language, and therefore I don’t think she is suitable as a receptionist. She was pleasant however, and this review is not meant in a racist way - just that in receptionist positions where there is lots of contact with customers, having someone who has mastered the English language is best.

In the past I've been a little anxious about visiting the hygienist, as I have sensitive teeth and it can be a little uncomfortable, but Orinta has helped me to feel much better about it. She's really thoughtful and sensitive and has found solutions to make it pain free. I would highly recommend. 🙂

I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of dr Reham. She is always very friendly and polite, explaining every step she is going to take. I feel safe in her good hands! Thank you very much.

Dr.Reham explained the whole process before commencing and it made me feel less nervous as I was now better informed about the procedure. She continued to remind me of the steps as she carried out the procedure. I felt no pain, limited discomfort which is expected when drilling and it didn’t take a lot of time either.
