Could have done without being told "grow up you've got your child here" really cos what you want me to leave him at home over 45 minutes away? Were slightly better after realising I had some medical conditions but still not somewhere I would recommend they are too quick to judge like most and think it's professional to make nasty off the cuff comments when dealing with someone who got disabilities.

Really friendly staff. Efficient place where I was seen within about 8 minutes of the appointment time (not my usual experience elsewhere). Clear explanations given for the procedure and available options.

Terrible experience dentist david was horrible and not empathetic in the slightest told me to stop screaming and crying or i can go home with half a tooth out, took a tooth out of my mouth that only needed to be filled... The anisthatist did not weigh me prior to administration of madazolam which ment i was not sadated, and I had to have more administered. Now I will never step foot in to a dentist again i really do not recommend this practice at all especially if you have a phobia of dentist

Appointment 27/2/19 needed a root canal treatment but dentist said it would be cheaper to remove the tooth which had an infection. I wanted to keep the tooth so he agreed stating how difficult it would be, normally they send people to Elm Grove which will cost a £1,000.00. They must receive a commission to refer there. Dentist said, "He will try and do it but it may not work. He took 2 xrays cost £21.00 and the root canal would be another £256.50 on NHS charges. Appointment made by receptionist for 14th March 2019, app. cancelled by practice and replaced for 21st March 2019 dentist has family problems. App. cancelled on Wednesday 20th 2019 by Jeff at 16.33pm claims the dentist can not do a root canal and he is leaving the practice. He will phone me in a week to make me another app. Phones back claiming the dentist will now see me on the 27th March 2019 and claims he can now do a root canal, i respond how can I see a dentist who claims he can not do the job of a root canal and now he wants to do it and he is leaving the practice on the 31st March 2019. I do not feel confident in this dentists can't not do and now can do approach to being a dentist. He claims when they have a new dentist in April 2019 he will make me an appointment. Never does Rubbish dentist practice avoid their incompetence.

Was referred here by my dentist for an extraction. I have a huge phobia with needles and explained this to the receptionist prior to my arrival. I was taken to one side and had the process explained to me in full. It was made very clear that if I was not 100% happy to go ahead that I could leave. I was in such a state that regrettably I didn’t see the procedure through but the empathy and understanding shown towards me deserves 5 stars by itself.

Two years ago my wife attended this surgery and was so impressed with the staff and treatment she had then ,that she elected to have treatment here again today. Once again the team were excellent, reassuring and very professional. As a very nervous patient she was immediately put at ease by the receptionist and then by the whole team who displayed skill and professionalism. Many thanks and well done. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I visited this Dental Practice today to have 2 teeth removed, one of which was badly infected. I had been awake for 3 days due to the pain. From start to finish, the staff were excellent. They were very informative and made me feel relaxed about the procedure. I was warned that I may feel some pain due to the infection but after I had the sedative, I did not feel a thing. I cannot thank the staff enough for the high level of care they provided and I would highly recommend their services.

It is written in law that my daughters are able to see the dentist or GP without myself being present, I just need to consent to any treatment. My daughters are teenagers and due to personal circumstances I am unable to always take them to check ups. Last year my daughters were seen fine however today they have been sent back home due to a power hungry receptionist. I have tried to explain to her that by law they can be seen however she was more interested in telling me that she had told me previously they couldn't come alone. I have now lost my nerve with her and will be going elsewhere. We have also been waiting 2 years for one child to receive braces, this started way before lockdowns. I have also lost half a tooth due to their neglect
