I contacted Newcastle Garage Doors and Shutters as my 94 year old mother's garage doors blew down in the recent storms. My mother is in Newcastle but I am in Cambridge so I had to arrange for David and his team to visit my mother over the phone. David went out to the property immediately and secured the doors which was a big relief for my mother. I then discussed the options for new doors with David on the phone as the old doors were completely rotted away and could not be repaired. We agreed on a type and style of door and David went back out to my mother's house the following day to measure up and give us a quote. We accepted the quote as it was very reasonable compared to other local companies. David's team made the door to measure and returned in under two weeks to fit the door. The two men that fitted the door did a fantastic job and were extremely professional and very friendly. My mother was very impressed. She was also astounded how good the door looked. I cannot recommend Newcastle Garage Doors and Shutters highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again. David's other company, In2locks, also fitted a new front door lock for my mother at the same time as fitting the new garage door and did and equally good job.
