The Armstrong building is amazing. I was part of the marine school as a marine engineering student 2012-2016. I spent a huge amount of time within this building, the marine school has a huge amount of character. It was a good place to study. It was a shame about the building work this year and it was a large disturbance. Please do not change the marine school, a change will likely ruin it
