Have gave me venlaflaxine diazepam and zopiclone . Told to take regularly, same time daily . Increased the dose several times, then failed to give a prescription or medication . 3 days later on two separate occasions. Withdrawl symptoms start day one. 3 days later no tablets and I am worse that the first day they gave me the cocktail of drugs . Told by a nurse Deborah to have my hair and nails done that might make me feel better . Told I have not phoned, well my phone log does not lie Don however much you decide to change dates on your lap top. As this medication/prescription was only ever prescribed 7 days at a time it's easy to check but they apologise every time so that's OK 3 days of flu like symptoms, migraine with nightmares and dreaming is fine they say "I apologise " . Then try to shift the blame by trying to confuse you, asked for an email address today but not allowed to give out the team managers e mail. How long will these "cold turkey" withdrawl last ?

Really happy to have this service when aye need to talk there always there to help and lessen and add be lost without them really happy for the help and support 👍👍

They helped support me and get back under the mental health umbrella. I didn't even know the team existed until my GP informed me. I'm so glad I took that first step by calling and asking for help. I want to say to those who have left negative comments that in doing so you could influence the decision of someone who needs help not to call them. Let's face it, could we work with people like us and not be affected?...or is it effected?

This place doesn't deserve the one star! 🤬 My partner was in crisis and this place didn't offer any support and got put through to a guy called Kevin and omg.. he's definitely not professional and a very rude individual. I'm sorry to say this.. but this place has blood on his hands because I can imagine my partner isn't the only one who wasn't cared for.. and its sad and I wouldn't be surprised if people have committed suicide due to this service! PLEASE DONT JUST LEAVE A REVIEW! PLEASE CONTACT "CQC" and report this place to them and hopefully they with either be replaced or shut down! They are causing more harm than good! 🙌

1 Star for the Call-handler who listened without being ARGUMENTATIVE, COMBATIVE OR LIED ABOUT THE FACTS! I WOULDN'T EVER RECOMMEND THIS TEAM! They Do More Damage than anything else! You ask for Help and Support and they Sit in Judgement on whether it's a Crisis or Not!

The staff lie and the calls are not recorded so they get away with it.
