Nice people but very slow service, very reactive not proactive... constant chasing for my car ... And twice now been falsly promised wrong delivery date, they also said the car was ready but I hadnt sent some paperwork on my side, when I asked what paperwork was missing was unable pinpoint straight away, I rectified issue the next day and sent more paperwork 1st class but I'm still waiting for the car been over a month.. No delivery date promised this time round (I think they are hand making my hatchback)I think they need to get more staff as When I call I always speak to the same lady ..should always under promise and over deliver not the other way round if you get a car from their service make sure u allow at least 2 months even for a mid range, it may not all be their fault and the dealer may have a role to play but I'm dealing with these guys so that's the only service I can actually comment on
