Wish i could rate it 0 stars! I went in for just a manicure and asked them to keep them as long and natural in shape as possible. they then cut off about 4mm of each nail right down to the nail bed - i didn’t notice how short they were until they were all done because i was choosing a colour and they didn’t ask/check what length i was happy with! After telling them i was upset with the length, they deflected and did not apologize, then proceeding to do the most rushed and messy job i’ve had from anywhere in Canberra. this photo is from right after finishing! VERY disappointed.

Best place for natural looking eyelashes and manicures. She does a very good job- lashes last long and done at a very affordable price

I went in with my friend to get a pedicure, I signed in via QR code at 1404 hrs. I took my shoes off and sat down. The pedicure was so rushed. After taking my joggers and socks off and at the end putting my shoes and socks back on. I was at the counter paying at 1415 hrs. I couldn’t believe in 11 mins I can take my shoes and socks off get a spa pedicure and be out in just over 10 minutes. They charge $35 for less than 10 minutes work!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT YOU WILL GET VALUE FOR MONEY.

I am completely unhappy with my nails. It was rushed. The person named Lily was so rough and rushing. I do understand it’s busy (I went in on a Saturday), but we are paying for the service and we deserve to have a good service. I felt like they were after “quantity” over quality. Lily cut the corners of my nails with the cuticle nipper and didn’t even ask me for the shape I was after — which I really would have loved a square nail as supposed to the round she created for me. She only did 2 coats and you can still see my nails underneath the coats. Very unhappy for the $45 I paid. It’s definitely not worth it. I feel very dissatisfied and I wish I didn’t spend that much money on something completely not worth it. I only went here as it was at a convenient location. NEVER COMING BACK
