I lived in a studio flat managed by New View Residential and would like to recommend them highly. They were quite possibly the friendliest and most professional property management company I have dealt with. If there were any problems, they were seen to very quickly and I could always rely on them to sort things out. I also think that them operating as a social enterprise adds a nice layer to everything and one feels that rent is not just going towards rent, but actually something much more meaningful. All in all, New View Residential were fantastic and I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking to either rent a property or someone to manage one for them.

Very poor experience with this letting agency. They were unreasonable with the fees at the beginning ( even for Cambridge prices) and then at the end of our tenancy were difficult to negotiate anything with. Hope our landlord doesn’t continue to work with them.

I rented a property managed by New View for 4 years, and can absolutely recommend them without hesitation. They do take the "First in Ethical Letting" seriously, not only they are responsive and professional, but also an amazing, honest, dependable group of people. We have rented from New View since 2017. They have always responded promptly to any maintenance issues. Recently, our boiler failed and Johanna from New View responded to our out of hours call on a Saturday at 5 AM to make sure we were ok. She helped us fix the problem temporarily , then the following Sunday came over with 4 electric heaters and arranged for an engineer to come over on Monday. She went above and beyond what any other person/company would have done. Great company to work with, very fortunate to have found them.
