My dogs love going to see all the staff. Vets are brilliant, extremely helpful, wonderful with my dogs. Every one is so polite and helpful. I find their price, very fair.. It’s open 24/7, which is a bonus, as they are there, for any problems, day or night... Can pop in, just for a weigh in, when ever I want, for my over weight dog, who is slimming down.. Plenty of parking spaces. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs, I know they will be well looked after....

Fantastic vets! My dog needed an ultrasound and x-rays as she couldn't stop being sick. All of the staff were so lovely to both me and Margo throughout her visit and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else with her now! Great vets, great staff. Thankfully Margo is all better now.

Dedicated and friendly staff, saved our mischievous dog yesterday after he got a tiny sharp stick lodged in his throat late in the evening. They saw him straight away, put him to sleep and removed the stick. It's a huge relief to know that places like this are open 24/7.

First class vets. Lovely team of vets and receptionists. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the fantastic female vet we've seen a number of times - but she is brilliant! Feel very happy when my Jocshi is safe in their hands. Lovely environment when waiting. Knowledgeable and calm vets. 10/10 from me and Jocshi! I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Amazing emergency service. I brought my cat here when she was in a huge amount of medical distress, and they were so informative and gave me all the options very quickly. I felt completely supported, and they spent a lot of time examining my sweet girl and helping to decide what was best. They were very respectful in letting me know about her terminal illness and her palliative end of life needs. They asked for my expectations consistently so they could help me understand what was going on and give me the best options, and they were able to sort out payment over text rather than at the desk while I was very distressed. Also gave me a very good itemized bill and explained the medication, what they are and how to give them. For 2am in the emergency veterinary service, the receptionist and the vet were both very helpful, and I couldnt be happier with this practice. Thank you for giving me more time with my beautiful girl and the ability to make her comfortable, I can honestly say I look forward to being able to rely on New Priory with my pets lives for as long as I live here.
