BRILLIANT SERVICE. My daughter wanted this particular dress but Abingdon didn't have her size. This wasn't a problem as the assistant rang the other shops an found one in Didcot.

Sam the shop assistant was one of the most friendly staff and was so helpful it was a pleasure to have shopped there today

Told by the fella that works there that he didn't like the top I was buying? Mate you work in New Look slagging New Look clothes off AND i didn't ask your opinion? Weird experience.

On Friday 22nd February I went to the store for when it opened at 9am. It was not open! I thought I would give them a little time. Went back at half 9 and it still was not open. The a lady came to the door from the inside if the shop gestured to say they were not open and shrugged her shoulders. I understand that things happen at the last minute and this can affect a shop opening however there was no effort from the staff to communicate. No verbal communication, no written sign or no reason why. Just rude and inconsiderate.

Stood outside since 9am it’s now 9.30 and they haven’t opened. Lady at the door not even knowing what time they’re opening! Considering the service is always pretty good in this store, I’m disappointed that I couldn’t exchange my dress before a wedding today.

A fairly small shop for new look and only sells women’s/ girls clothes as far as I have noticed. However they always have good sales and I love the changing rooms! They have a good selection and the staff are very friendly. There are also some good UNiDAYS discounts.
