I like shopping here as has a good range, affordable, and always had good customer service. Even has some childrens clothing. Just not keen on the changing room being up another flight of stairs on the second floor. Not good when you are in a rush.

Great shop. Lots of choices of clothes and shoes. I managed to buy exactly what I was looking for. Shop was well presented and very clean. Staff were polite and helpful.

Shoes and boots were fab! So many different types and in most sizes! Well stocked shelves!

Lovely service at new look today. I had a code and It did not work. The lovely lady at the till put it as a good will gesture.

It's new look. What's not to love? Always the first shop I hit when in the trafford centre. Well laid out and spacious too!

Unhappy with my experience with the new look Trafford centre as the member of staff who served me was beyond unhelpful and rude. I asked for a refund for a dress I had bought online as I knew it could be refunded in store, (a member of staff from the new look in Preston had told me this prior to visiting the Trafford centre) and before I finished my sentence the individual interrupted me and told me they do not refund purchases via PayPal in store. I knew this was not correct so I tried to explain what I was asking for and before I finished what I was saying, she patronisingly said “yeah we do not refund online purchases in store” and then looked to the next customer to call them over as if to give me the brush off. It was obvious this girl couldn’t be arsed to do her job properly so instead of arguing I took the dress back to the Preston NewLook where the woman on the till managed to refund it back onto my card and was lovely and polite. It took no more than 3 minutes to complete and was absolutely hassle free so it is hard to understand why the initial person I dealt with was so awkward with me. Wouldn’t recommend this store if you need any help with anything, the attitude you receive just isn’t worth it.

Cant get in touch with this place at all. It says use messenger I've tried. No response. I've tried chat as it says. No response. This is disgusting I know there are restrictions but why is it saying you can contact them this way when you cant. I've lost trust in this shop. Bought a pair of boots size 4 I'm in size four but they are miles too small. Its disgusting. All the clothes seem smaller shoes included.
