Sublime experience at this salon. Anton did an excellent job with my hair and Ellie took great care of my nails. I even got the chance to stroke two dogs.

Nathaniel is a genius! And all the ladies I speak with at the beginning of my appointments are just lovely. Great atmosphere, great service, and great prices as well.

Had a lovely experience here today. Charl, who cut my hair was super professional and I love my new hair! The other members of staff who were on the floor couldn't have been any nicer either. Wonderful atmosphere and lovely staff to match. I'll be back!

The building a gem, I have my nails done here which is on the upper level. A beautiful And luxury feel with a "bar" that runs the length of the room where your nail technician sits behind and you in front, making you feel it's your time to enjoy, sofa's and big floor length windows, detail every where. Pire relax. And my nails always perfect! Two big chairs with cushions and throws for pedicures and feet. And if you fancy getting a group of girls together the perfect venue to have your treatments with cocktails, fizz , music, facials, pedicures, foot massage, nails... a girls dream. Lindsey and her team always make you feel special and welcome. Highly recommend

I've just had a session of laser hair removal (on my face!) with Louise. The results have been fantastic, beyond my expectations. I have had laser hair removal done before at a different location, and the difference is incredible. All being well I I am on course to having as near as possible to zero facial hair before the end of the year. I don't know how much is the machine and how much is the skill of the operator, but I believe it must be both. Louise is careful, professional, and meticulous. She takes great care in explaining the process while it's ongoing. She constantly reviews what she is doing in order to get the best results. I should add that she is kind, understanding, and encouraging. A fantastic employee and I am sure an even more fantastic human being. Laser hair removal is painful, but if you are considering it, I don't think you could do any better than Louise. I wish I could give 100 stars. The location is fantastic and fairly easy to find. All the other staff are helpful and professional too.

I am extremely disappointed with this Hairdressers. I have been using this salon for a couple of years. This was via a friend recommendation. I have had comments that my hair is too thick etc but aside from that the hairdresser usually does a good job. I booked my hair appointment over a month ago. I rang around two weeks ago to ask if I need a consultation they told me no as you’ve been many times. I then rang the day before my appointment just to check how much it would be as it is always a different price. When I rang I was told that the hairdresser will ring me back. I waited and got no call back. The day of my appointment arrives and I ring in the morning to ask how much it would be. I got told same thing the hairdresser will ring you back. I asked if there was any issue as my appointment is for that same day. They told me no there is no problem but wait until we rings you back. Over 1 hour passed and I was mindful of me needing to be at appointment so I called again. The rude receptionist then told me without even apologizing that they could not do it today and if I want to rebook I need to pay the entire Cost upfront!! I appreciate people may need to cancel but I was the one to call them to check the price!! In addition to me having to blow dry my own hair before I go there as ‘my hair is too thick and curly to just do the colour’. I was left with no apology no offer of alternative hairdresser just simply told she can’t do it today. If I did not call I would of got there only to find out my appointment was not going ahead. If I would cancel with such short notice I’d be charged!!! Yet i had to book a holiday day off work to attend due to hairdresser only doing three days a week and not even an apology. I have heard this hairdresser saying she will never do customers hair if they ever go any other salons. However I have been loyal to this business for a number of years only to be treated with such unprofessionalism.
