Nefertiti Body and Beauty – sydney

My girlfriend and I did the 2hr massage + facial and it was great. The girls were lovely, very good at what they do. Definitely excellent value through Groupon. The place was on level 4 so super quiet, small but clean.The only reason the ratings are low are because of their booking system which everyone seems unhappy with but has nothing to do with the quality of the place. We emailed and they booked us in next day. I recommend this place for a simple relaxation in the city.

Good quality massage. Relaxing atmosphere. However the curtains aren’t fully enclosed while men/ women service isn’t separated. Could have done better in providing a more private service.

This would be the most unprofessional massage place I’ve ever been too. They don’t even deserve one star, but instead no star. To begin with they are very unprofessional with there services, when it comes to answering the phone and replying to emails they are very unresponsive. I called the number that had been provided to me over email, I called it so many times along with messages and such fourth no answer. That’s very unprofessional !! Secondly on arrival to my appointment, they had me waiting downstairs for about half an hour prior to my appointment. That is very unprofessional and definitely looks bad on the company itself. I walked into my room, the floor had been wet. They should have dried the floor before allowing customers into the shop because of safety reasons. Trust me, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and it is definitely a waste of time. They should learn basic customer service skills especially when it comes to customer enquiries and answering the phone. I don’t even know how they run a business. Also one more thing to add to the list they are very unhygienic, which is revolting to my understating. To all future customers, if you are thinking of going to this place, please don’t waste your time, it is nothing but pathetic and a joke.

Don't bother going to this place. Got a voucher to their spa. But you have to book via their very long and convoluted online booking system, where they then proceed to ignore you. You cannot call them or even walk in to their spa to talk to someone. No idea how i can even use this voucher if they keep ignoring me. Based on their other reviews, i doubt their massage will be any good anyway.

I couldn't make the appointment and an alternative wasn't offered so I lost my money. Communication not good, took a long time for replies which probably contributed to my voucher running out?! After looking at online reviews (which I should have done before purchasing) many unsatisfied customers so maybe I didn't waste my time going there 1.5 hours train to the city?!
