I've recently attended for a pregnancy massage at 37 weeks pregnant. I've got to say the service was impeccable and so professional from the moment I walked through the door but not the formal professional. Nav was so warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I have had a couple of massages from Nav and she is very professional. She works really hard on the pressure points and always gives you advice and tips on how to maintain your health and well-being. I would definitely recommend Nav as a therapist who is friendly and caring. I was also really impressed with Nav’s clinic which was warm, clean and relaxing.

I think my prayer for a massage therapist who knows what I need has been answered. This therapist is not only educated, but backs it up with skills of tremendous accuracy to diagnose the problem. I'm not going anywhere else ever again as I've seen therapists in the past who just touch you and think they've done a great job! Hence a waste of my hard earnt cash! I was recommended to see Nav by my husband following problems with my lower back. She makes you feel relaxed during your treatment and gives advice on exercises to help relieve problems. I feel relaxed and my back has started to feel much better since going to Nav on a regular basis.
