Just a quick email to say thank you to all of your lovely salon staff for my massive hair transformation yesterday. Sophie and the trainees did an absolutely amazing job and it was perfect when it was finished in the evening. It’s completely transformed my face! And my daughter loves it too. Client for life now, wouldn’t ever go anywhere else!! I honestly couldn’t be any happier with it. See you soon for regular trims.

Where to start, well first of all it is the best hair salon I have ever been to. Made an appointment a few weeks back when I first arrived in bath and my hair is naturally black and last year I had used some home dying hair colouring as its not always possible to head to a salon to get my hair coloured. So today I came to my appointment, place was bustling with I take it a lot of regular customers, always a good sign in my book. I always have trouble with my hair being dark and it appears using a home dye kit has made things worse for myself, however, my hair stylist Sophie ran through a few options with me and had some input from 2 other ladies there. So I had my hair dyed (blue) was offered a drink which was nice, Sophie was very friendly as were the rest of the staff there. Had my hair washed and then cut, my hair was a right mess when I went in and it was cut really well, very pleased. After that was all sorted and blow dried the colour had taken at the roots but not too much further down, I usually have this problem but my stylist then said she would try a different type of hair dye on the mid to ends of my hair which I have never had that experience anywhere else (headmasters and rush for example). Sophie even offered to pop to the shops and pick me something to eat up as I had been there around 3 hours which was really amazing customer service. Had my hair re-dyed and came out nicely. I now have a blue/black colour going on which looks awesome! I was quoted a price beforehand but ended up being less so that was good but kind of felt bad as I was there nearly 4 hours. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone. No wonder they have a lot of returning customers. 11/10

I have been coming to have my hair done by Katie here for years and would never go anywhere else. I am always happy with my hair and it is such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend, thanks Katie!

What can I say? Brilliant. Super lovely team who really do seem like they are a family in their own right. Megan was my star cutter and she was fab, super warm, friendly and professional as well as fun. I was delighted to be her model, as she did a superb job getting my messy nest under control. I was nervous about stepping foot into the place as I care for someone vulnerable but safety was truly taken care of. Temperature zapper plus the obvious masks and hand sanitizer, I felt safe throughout the whole experience. Really looking forward to seeing Megan, Debbie and Sophie again for my next chop.
