NatWorst. Ordered a debit card two months ago but couldn't physically get to the branch till last week to pick it up. Knowing about their security policy - they destroy unclaimed cards after 2 weeks - I called the "service centre" twice in the intervening period to make sure they didn't destroy it. First time they said they'd put a note on the account ; second time just called to double check, "that's all OK Sir". All seemed well. Turned up last week after two day drive to get to the branch and guess what.. they'd destroyed the card. Happy holidays! Took so long to get things sorted out - 90 min - that I got a parking ticket on the car. Thank god for Revolut.
