Star, Bankers, Please COUNT your money before leaving this BANK as We have an ongoing case regarding missing £300 OUT OF £850, I recently withdrew £850 but when I got home only £550 was in the envelope, And the BANK stating there was £850 in the envelope and there was no issues With the machine! //////// …case still OPEN!!! 13.10.2019 > £££ Returned!!!!!

Appauling service. Massive queues and long waits for any kind of service.

Why can't the cashiers do transfers anymore? Waited for someone to help me, 4 members of staff just walking around, doing nothing. There was 2 customers ahead of me so just walked away. Useless and inefficient. Never been this bad before.

Went in today for query only to be spoke to so badly by so called counter manager. This lady have no good customer care at all, very unfriendly and unprofessional. So disappointed with the service I received today. My kids were with me and even at age 9 my daughter said to me mommy this lady is very rude!!! Worse bank ever due to staff on the counter. Really disappointed how I was treated! Don’t go there.

I have been a customer for over 35 years, I do not visit Uxbridge much now but WHY have they not informed they have moved from the High Street to the Chimes - very unprofessional !

Banks always seem to get a bad press. Personally I try to limit my visits and bank online. When I do come here I try to pick a quieter time. I find the staff very helpful, it's clean and the facilities are fine. It's a bank! It does what I need it to do! Well done Nat West staff.
