Staff (Receptionist/front desk) need to be trained on products and what can be done at the branch. This has cost me time and money. Your call centre has said bank statements and a letter of authentication CAN be done at the branch. One very unhappy customer now looking at changing banks as this is not the first time I have been let down!!!!!!!!! (South Ealing Branch)

Just went to withdraw some cash and got treated like a terrorist by MARINA at Ealing Branch. I was asked all sorts of questions about my own money ... who is the money for where it is going.!.This isn’t the first time I got treated like this by her. Never been treated this way in any other bank absolute disgrace. I don’t think you treat your Private Clients who come to take a million pound cash out do you? You offer them a glass of whisky and call them Sir or Madam and lick their A... Well done.

sometimes i think if i had any money worth talking of i would flee but as i don't have a proverbial to relief myself in this place could be a minus 5 and i would still use it. for those who can remember that banks used to be more calming and ordered than churches this place is sometimes like a street fight. however some staff clearly work hard and get you what you need as best they can in the circumstances in what is sometimes their second language. english that is and speak it better than many natives which includes me err yep i think why not.
