Staff always friendly and helpful, free outside parking is a bonus, unlike Bradford, Halifax and Brighouse branches. Greengates has free parking but is usually a lot busier. I personally think the queue waiting time is far less than the other branches I have mentioned. All those people who say the service is slow try Bradford branch on a Saturday morning, maybe you will appreciate the Shipley branch more after the experience.

Having to go to this branch for the past 9 years is so annoying because they are really slow. I have had to wait 20 minutes before. They don't seem to have enough staff. It needs some updating. Their hours are limited and seem to be getting less and less.
