Lovely staff - as everyone seems to testify. But the wait times, and the appalling branch interior force me to try and avoid visiting. Please give this branch a lick of paint asap.

Lovely staff but far too busy, which isn't the staffs fault, stop shutting down banks!!!!! We need to go in but can't because my partner finishes at 4p.m. and that's when they close, this is not helpful

Very friendly staff, first name terms is always nice. Sometimes gets a bit busy but its a great bank.

Come here if u have plenty of time to waste. Waiting for 30 minutes now for £100 change.. very busy short of staff.

I was expecting a telephone call regards to my account at 10.30. I had multiple messages prior to remind me of this, yet the person never called. Couldn't get through to the actual branch and spent a long time navigating the voice activated telephone system to eventually cancel the appointment myself. The gentleman I spoke to was incredibly polite, however a response from the branch would have been kinder and more appreciated.

Good to have a local, friendly staff. I just hope they don't end up shutting down.
