Refused to give me the form to transfer my help to buy ISA to NatWest. Told me I needed to arrange a meeting with an advisor even though the website said to print a form and just hand it in or post it. Decided to go to nationwide down the road instead and had everything sorted in under 10 minutes.

Generally a small wait, unless you can take care of what you need at the various machines, greeter on hand to aid and guide you in your enquiries, and staff always of a polite and personal nature.

Very inconvenient for customers. Went to order a card reader just to be told that i must do it online. Seen a cashier next to us helping other customers log in to online banking and even installing a mobile app but i was refused to get this done on the spot. These are the little things that make bad impression. We all should be able to sort out nearly everything at a branch + sime of them also online. Very bad experience! Wasted my time!

24th Dec - closed due to “power failure”. 29th Dec - closed due to staff shortage. Shall I just live my life by the roll of a dice like your managerial structure, in order to get my card that I have not been able to collect now for a week?

Shocking lack of manners, professionalism and interest shown by this Bank and it's branches in London. Wallington, South London. To be more exact. The reviews are soo bad on this branch they have removed themselves from google maps to avoid scrutiny. Also very rude staff. There's absolutely no formal way of complaining about this, so I am doing it here!!! Management please acknowledge this, I have been a customer for over 20+ years and find this a DISGRACE and UNACCEPTABLE
