I came to the bramch to deposit £630. Customer service helped me to credit my account. I kept the receipts in case. Money was deposited that day, but over the weekend money dissapeared and left the account in debts. What a hassle, needed to call and explain everything from the beginning. Customer service, but the system is failing. Needs updating the system.

Have been using the bank for 20 years,all the staff have been absolutely FANTASTIC.Know most of the staff by name they always go out of their way to help.Many thanks keep up the good work,kindness and hospitality
