I came to the bramch to deposit £630. Customer service helped me to credit my account. I kept the receipts in case. Money was deposited that day, but over the weekend money dissapeared and left the account in debts. What a hassle, needed to call and explain everything from the beginning. Customer service, but the system is failing. Needs updating the system.

I have been in contact with Ms. Sangeeta Nair, the Senior Personal Banker of NatWest Cambridge regarding my second mortgage enquiries. I can’t thank her enough for her help regarding the initial AIP and financial advice. She is always approachable and replies to me instantly. She is professional and friendly. A five star review is not enough to reflect her work. She is definitely your go to person.
