Kept me waiting on the phone for 10 minutes. Then promptly disconnected the line as soon as I started speaking. No courtesy. Will not recommend.

The old lady teller is rude, incompetent, and racist. Easily the worst bank experience of my life.

A complete waste of time! If you work full time Monday to Friday you have no hope of ever actually getting to this branch! Some branches seem to open to fill 4pm which is marginally better but no more helpful if you woke normal 9-5 hours and as to why a main branch in a thriving city centre doesn't open longer hours astounds me! If I could leave a no star review I would as I never encounter a service as I can't get to the bank within opening hours! "Unhelpful Banking" is better company slogan!

Of my knowledge there were 2 branches in Cambridge, I’ve driven 30 minutes to deposit cash… to my disappointment of both branches being closed, even better they have a new store which isn’t even open yet! Useless waste on fuel especially in today’s climate!

Really incompetent staff. Gave us wrong phone numbers, lost our forms. Now taking a month to process new ones so we can get control of our bank account. Would actively avoid. They just don't care at all. Save yourselves!
