Friendly bunch in here. Unfortunately, I once defaulted on a Natwest personal account so I can't bank with them as myself but as the shop, I find them to be friendly (sometimes especially so) and helpful and always eager to solve any problem. I also approve of the colour scheme which is professional and yet welcoming and easy, as opposed to being quite stark like Barclays.

Sadly as I post this review the branch is closing in March 2022 Driving the customers away and giving us no alternative

Advantages: The branch is always; clean and tidy. The staff is always; friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The social distancing information is excellent. Don't have to wait long to be seen. Disadvantage: Have to check whether any person is being dealt with, one in one out system, because otherwise have to wait by the doorway. - more staff to serve people quicker, hence shorter queues, but it isn't a big deal. Excellent local branch to have. Reason for giving 5/5
