I had a very bad experience with Natwest support desk. I’ve been asking them to support my father in law who is having an ageing problem to log-in his locked online banking account. We tried the telephone and chat support to find the best way to support him, but they just supported him manually and no consideration of his ageing problem. We needed to contact the support again and again and asked them to be patient to support, but he still can't log-in even after 6 weeks and left behind. He cannot go to the nearest branch because it's too far for him who is using a mobility car. I'm so disappointed with the level of customer care. New generations can use many software and security systems, but those age group were left behind. This is not right. We need to find another solution to support the age group people in different way. They are still in the community!

Great bank in clevedon. Extremly helpful staff!! Just a shame they havent updated their opening and closing times online. 😞 I sent my mum down thinking they shut at 4.30pm when at the moment they close at 3pm and open at 10am for anyone that needs to know! 20th july 2020.
