Friendly and helpful staff! The wait was normal like you might expect in any bank, there are seats to sit which are fine. Banks get busy and you will have to wait, accept it!

Avoid this branch. The employees seem to hate working there, they don't want to be there and the only joy they have is keeping you waiting in a long line with them. They even removed the quick deposit slots to increase the misery for their customers. Never bail a bank out again. Unfortunately, had to visit there again today. I have been in banks all over the world, this branch is by far the worst. Huge lines, one teller, and cash machines that eat peoples' money. If there were a Keystone Cops award for the worst bank on the planet, this branch would win it. The staff seem to enjoy the comedy of the the total banking farce that existed there.

No staff. Long queues. No parking. Staff member was lovely but clearly understaffed with no respect for customers time. Constantly at least 10 people waiting however only ever one counter open. I don’t see them lasting much longer. Their competitors are doing so much better. Shame.

Nat West needs to get its act together. They've closed branches left right and centre, and reduced the no. of cashiers - fair enough! However, they close the branches before adding new atms and then when they're installed they don't work. You complain and customer services say "you can use the Post Office to pay money in". The branch staff are helpful and nice but need some joined up thinking from above.

Very good experience, Mary McDonald is amazing. She really sped things up for me after I told her about my awkward parking situation. Everyone else was kind and professional but she really went above and beyond to help me and move things along so thank you! Customer service is rare to find nowadays so reassured by her attitude. All the best.

Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is appalling. Completely incompetent. The only time I visit, is because they've messed something up again. The queues are horrendous. And every person that was in front of me in the queue, had a complaint to sort out.
