I visited Nature's energy day spa last week with a friend and was greeted by Nat and Tayla who were super friendly and welcoming. My original booking had to be changed around as one of the therapist called in sick. Nat and Taylor rose to the occasional and made sure me and my friend were taken care of and left with nothing but smiles on our faces. I really appreciated the warm customer service which is so hard to come by these days. Nothing was too much to ask for! Tayla made me a fresh cup of tea which was so nice and thoughtful, whilst I waited for my session. Nat switched around times to accommodate for our needs. The therapist Chantel did a great job, professional, friendly and the massage itself was 10/10. The girls even gifted me with a treat as it was special occasion. Thanks guys, cant wait to return. What a fantastic place for some R&R.

I would always buy vouchers for gifts and also had over $400 worth of vouchers that were given to me. After the new owners took over, they would not honour the vouchers because they were new owners they said. I’ll never recommend them nor will I ever spend money there again. That’s just Robbery and I should have filed a complaint to fair trading
