A team of angels today at Natures Energy. Araya brings an amazing light and energy to her treatments, personable, professional and highly experienced. 100%. Sue is a rare find. A specialist stronger massage work. And you need to book in advance. She holds a deep knowledge of body and energy work, steeped in a lifetime of practical experience working anatomically and energetically. I loved my treatments and left Nature's Energy feeling lighter, brighter and more positive and relaxed. Thanks team.

This is my favorite spa IN THE WORLD. I love to treat myself to a massage/facial anywhere, especially on vacation. For the five years I lived nearby this was my place. Now that I live in the States I can't find anywhere as good. Please open in San Francisco!! I was back in Australia a few weeks ago for 10 days and MADE SURE I got a day here. I had a one hour relaxation massage with Latoya (I'm pretty sure I am remembering that right) and it was the best massage I have every had (although I think that every time I come here). She touched everywhere from the souls of my feet to the top of my head. I wish I could live here.... definitely do the bath house before your treatment. So relaxing....

I've had two facials from Nature's Energy and I will never go back. The first experience I had was unsatisfactory and the second fell very far below my expectations. During my first visit, the beauty therapist was seven minutes late. I was drinking tea in the waiting area and after seven minutes I walked back into the main store to ask if my therapist knew I was waiting. She finally came out to get me, but starting off a 'relaxing' beauty treatment seven minutes late was not my idea of relaxation. The facial was nothing special. It mostly felt like a face massage with a wet wipe down from a wash cloth in between using different products. The second time I went, about a month ago, the therapist was six minutes late (a new therapist, not the same one from my fist visit). Again, not an ideal way to start a relaxing beauty treatment. She walked me to the room and explained the type of facial I would be receiving and said it was the most gentle one. I explained that I spoke with someone over the phone and said I didn't want a gentle facial, but rather one with extractions. Good thing I clarified. She then said all the facials had recently changed names and she would do the extractions. During this facial, the beauty therapist talked about conspiracy theories the entire time. I don't know about you, but I don't book facials to discuss theories. The therapist told me she believes that celebrities are reptiles. She discussed this topic for a good ten minutes. She also asked where I'm from (since I have an accent), which she then proceeded to ask many follow-up questions and wanted to learn why I was living in Australia. I answered her questions to be polite, but I'm thinking that all beauty therapists need to stick to the golden rule: don't speak unless spoken to (unless you're asking if I'm allergic to any products and/or the pressure is ok). I wouldn't recommend this spa if you're looking for a facial in Balmain which is a shame since it has a great location. Better try your luck elsewhere.

Such a relaxing environment to walk into. I’ve had multiple spa packages and massages at both the Balmain and Glebe location. The staff are super friendly and professional, with very calm and caring natures-exactly what you want if you’re heading there to relax. The shop is always interesting to browse through, with loads of crystals, candles and gift goods. Highly recommend ☺️

Bathhouse experience was fantastic for me on a Saturday morning I basically had it to myself. Body scrub, take or leave it. Facial & massage were professional and a cut above the standard roadside/ shopping centre options. Will return.
