I suffer from a chronic upper and lower back pain. Patty understood exactly what and where on my back needs attention and worked on those areas for an hour and half. I must say I am able to get out of the chair and bed with ease. Will definitely be going back for regular sessions. Highly recommend this place especially Patty.

I have had issues with my lower and upper back for several years and had sports massage, physiotherapy, chiropractor, hot stone massage all with limited improvement. Recently I have had tried Thai massage at Patchara in Heywood, Bury first massage was good and then went downhill. I spoke to a friend who recomended Nattaya and the treatment has been absolutely brilliant. I have been seeing June for a couple of months and her attention to detail to pin point the pain and remive knots and relax the surrounding muscle has been really great. For the first time I am pain free and more relaxed. Today I saw Joy for 1 hour and the June for 1 hour who was equally as good. This place is so highly recomended and recently heard people travel from wide and far for the excellent service they provide. I guarantee that anyone who comes here will not be disappointed. If you cannot get an appointment with June or Joy keep trying it will be worth it.

Charming place with friendly staff, I was feeling very tense and uptight and the massage was very good and thorough. It’s not a luxury or glamorous massage service, the rooms are small and heated with an electric heater, the bedding and towels are also a bit old however you get what you pay for and £30 for an hour massage is very reasonable. If you need a thorough massage and are not bothered about it’s lack of luxury then it’s fine. But if you want a nicer place where you feel pampered then this is not for you.

Definitely the best thai massage place I've used. I come all the way from Birmingham to use them.i have back issues and feel a lot better after having a session with these guys

It’s a shame, I have visited here regularly for past 5 years, as I suffer with tightness in my hamstrings. The staff who are there now put in very limited effort and offer nothing in way of customer service. My masseuse was a lady with red hair, I found her to be uninterested in helping me with the issue I went in there for and when I tried to explain to her she was indifferent and became very agitated and raised her voice at me. I was so disappointed with this service that I left halfway through my treatment bd when I tried to raise a complaint I was told there was no complaints procedure! Better off sticking to a or bath

Very poor service. My masseuse (a lady with red hair) was extremely rude and has ended up injuring my back, neck and my arm. She did not ask me what pressure I wanted and did not understand when I asked her to decrease the pressure. She also asked me to pay cash before the massage even began. She was rude during the massage as well and did not seem to know what she was doing. Also seemed like she was in a hurry. A massage is supposed to be relaxing and this one was far from that. Staff is rude. When I called to inform them regarding the pain, the same lady answered the phone and told me she doesn’t know English when I asked for her name and to speak to the manager (while talking to me in English) and then hung up the phone. I called a second time and the massage centre lied to me. Horrible place. Would not recommend.

I paid £40 for a 60 min massage yesterday but received just 50 mins. The massage was good but I should not need to tell the masseuse that she has given me a 50 min massage when I have paid for 60 mins. It’s the height of laziness and unprofessional. I will bot return.
