Be careful do not have any account for senior citizen with dementia. This branch changed my mother's account to joint account with a signature from my mum who lacks mental capacity. The other person had already spent many thousands of my mum's house sale. There was no power of attorney. The branch manager was very unhelpful. BE WARNED. POLICE INVESTIGATION NOW ;

Not sure if this was on purpose but cashier was asking me a question regarding a problem I had and half way through the explanation she just ignored me and started speaking to her work colleague.

5/ 5

Staff are helpful, branch is well laid out. No doubt this branch will close soon, Nationwide wastes millions on annoying TV ads aimed at students but is closing its branches. It'll soon be just another internet bank and my money will be elsewhere. Best regards to all the Ruislip staff, it's a pleasure to deal with you.
