I have been a customer with Nationwide for many years. And, I have ensured that my credit card has always been paid in full every month. However, the treatment and lack of loyalty that I have received from the Customer Contact team has been diabolical. So, I will evaluate my current circumstances and if deemed appropriate I will not hesitate to close all 4 of my accounts with Nationwide. Very disappointed!!

I was impressed before but this morning I called up and spoke to a lady who seemed to not want me to come in and just do it online. I was then asking her something and she said "Thank You Take" Care and hung up. Am now having doubts about whether to open the Account

Im giving 5 stars for that lady who took my 7 £ and put them in my bank account even if she didn't had to do it she is a star ! Tell her i love her yeah ! She is your best employee!
