One of the smaller branches of the last remaining Building Society in the UK.

Rude and very unprofessional staff at the Twickenham branch. All three members of staff had no clue what they were doing and because of their incompetence they got angry with me. I will Take my business elsewhere and would not recommend any bank at this branch.

Absolutely wasting the time to going to this branch , very poor customer service ,do not waste your time to go to this branch!!!!

Rather small and pokey branch but it has everything you need. And the Nationwide is a national treasure: our last building society - which means it is run for the benefit of its customers not its shareholders. It's also one of the best providers of added benefits accounts.

Fabulous staff. Debbie very helpful with my BACS needs and also put me in contact with Jade, who set up very good value home insurance. Much appreciated help.
