I had been with nationwide for over 15 years and was badly let down by them and as they were not interested in solving the issue I felt no other option than to close my account not once did they as why or was it something they did . Last time I use them .

First time I went to this branch and the cashier was so rude, her name is Vikki she refused to transfer my money she gave me stupid reason she tried to avoid me and I will never go again! Now I am on my way to my own branch just to close my account coz of her!!!

Really bad service the young blond girl refused to make money transfer for me and she give me very stupid reason why she can't do it. I will advise to send her for some more training. I'm not going to this brunch again !!!!!

Today I had gone to the Feltham Branch for making a payment. I met this girl on the door, very lovely, very pleasant. I always went to the counter to make this payment. It was pouring out, she asked me to step in the branch before making any conversation. I was puffing as I was running to the branch to make this payment. Steffie was very kind enough to ask me to settle down and asked if I would like to have some water. I kindly say no to her. Bless her! I She asked me if she could assist me with anything- and I told her that I would like to make a payment. She explained about some project they were having in the branch, initially I didnt understand but she explained to me once again. She then offered to assist me on the machine as this was my first time to make a payment on the machine. She showed me how to make the payment. Thanks for her for making me so comfortable. She is a great help. God bless her.

I recently popped Into the branch to ask about opening an account. An amazing women helped me behind the counter and advised me of what I’d need to do and gave me options on different ways of investing my money. She was kind and made me feel welcome. I’m old and it was nice of her to spend time with me. This lovely young lady was called Vikki I believe and I have now opened an account.

today it happened that i had visited the feltham branch. i was served by an indian girl at the counter- not sure i think her name is stephie, she was so good. her customer service is amazing she was very positive and she was enthusiastic and energetic. what amazed me was i myself being in the service industry for the last 38years, i havent come across very positive, bubbly, amazing girl. she was really good at her work. she smiled all the time i was at the counter. i would strongly recommend her for a higher position in the organizatiion as i have see a potential in her! way to go feltham branch- you have the right person!
