service very poor not impressed at all staff were not very helpful lets face it if we did not pay our money in there would be no company.

Located in the city centre on Argyle Street, this branch is spacious and well laid out, with very helpful staff.

I just realised its not on buchanan st now lol 😆 but in a more better place now great bank 👍

Disinterested staff that took ages to process paying in of 2 cheques. No eye contact or engagement at all. When the robotic "is there anything else I can help you with" was met by myself telling the member of staff that things like the wifi code were missing from notices about the free wifi. Staff rather curtly verbally gave me the code rather than apologise.
