Great building society and ignore the 1 star rating numpty saying they charge £20 for change of address. You can do this in branch or online for free.

Easy place to visit with plenty of parking on the roof. The staff are just normal people; friendly enough, following company rules.

I was decidedly annoyed at being charged £20 for the seeming privilege of dropping into the Shawlands branch to change details of my address, phone number and email. Not good practice in my book, particularly for a mutual building society. Shame on you.

Really helpful, patient staff. They are especially nice when being shouted at by old women who don’t understand they don’t make social distancing rules and therefore cannot change nor take responsibility for the fact she had to wait outside! They are always willing to help and are always extremely nice!!

Nationwide one of the best banks I have being with top service and they willing to help you if possible
