I booked the appointment to replace 3 tyres in my car. On collection all 3 alloys were scratched, oily fingerprints all over the car body. In addition, I ordered run flat tyres, 1 of 3 was a regular tyre, not what I ordered.
After some persuading, I was booked to another appointment to fix my damaged alloyed. The manager of the branch was promising, they fitted the correct tyre. However, after collecting the car a few days later, I noticed the tyre was replaced to run flat. They just made a mistake apparently and I was right!
One of the alloys was still damaged, so had to book my car for a third appointment. When I turned up, they forgot to book me in, so I had to return 4th time!!!
After I collected my car, I noticed the tyre didn't hold the air, so I had to return 5th time to the garage. They broke the valve and it had to be fixed.
Eventually, it was all sorted, but what a hassle!! I was without a car for several days and had to keep returning 5 times before the issue resolved.
