2 New Bridgestone Potenza Sport supposed to be fitted at 11 am. TOLD to leave car as their booking

2 New Bridgestone Potenza Sport supposed to be fitted at 11 am. TOLD to leave car as their booking system books everything at the same time. Go back to collect and they have put at least 1 deep scratch approx 8 to 10 inches along the rim of alloy. There could be more but I need to clean the thick brown gunk they use as lubricant before I can see any other damage. They even managed to slop the brown gunk across front quarter panel and door. These guys are sloppy. If you have Alloy Wheels I would go somewhere else!! UPDATE! NATIONAL TYRES RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW BY TELLING ME TO GET IN TOUCH. THEY HAVE IGNORED MY EMAIL. So I you see them responding to a bad review, they are just trying to pretend they actually care.

On 07/01/2020, I had to have a new tyre fitted by you due to someone slashing it with a knife. I assumed that you knew what you were doing so had no reason to be concerned about the new tyre. My car has gone through it's first MOT today 07/07/21 and was failed due this tyre being fitted the wrong way round despite labelling clearly saying 'inside' and 'outside' on the tyre walls. I suspect that if I had been involved in an accident or been stopped by police, I would have been fined at the very least. Your comments will be most welcome. B.Langbridge.
