So friendly and clean! They have a really good procedure In place for Covid. The nail artists are really friendly and welcoming unlike some nail shops in Leicester. Fair prices and amazing nails.

Great nail salon, always prompt, polite service and quality polish. They have put lots of measures in place to make your visit safe and enjoyable with temperature check on arrival, all staff wearing masks, hanging divides between staff and customers and a seat free between each customer. Thank you for my holiday polish!

Inside is lovely and modern and clean. Great service and value for money! Very relaxing atmosphere and kind staff. Will definitely visit again.

DO NOT go here. I've come here the first time as this place has the best reviews among other salons in the town and I have to admit that I have never received this kind of customer service. First of all, the staff barely speak any English it was so hard to communicate about anything. So I asked for French, and the guy started doing my nails. He was putting a gel outside my nail tips, and on some nails, there was more white than on others. So I commented on it and asked if I can have more white on nails where the colour was faded, and the guy went ridiculously crazy! First, he started shouting he knows how to do nails and I shouldn't comment, then he started taking it off and said he wouldn't be doing my nails. Finally, he left my nails in such a bad state that I had to go next door and take them off completely—MY FULL GROWN NAILS. I asked why he was shouting at me, and he started replying to me in Chinese. I am attaching the picture to see the state of my nails when I left the salon. Absolutely disgusting.

I didnt want any extensions of anything on so my nails were all different lengths as some had broken. The gentleman accommodated to my needs and shaped and designed them really well for me! Friendly and good priced!
