Supplied an electric shutter door which broke, turned out to be part of a faulty batch from manufacturer which they were aware of, but they tried to charge us to replace. I went straight to manufacturer and got it resolved. Nassau didn't respond to any correspondence after we found out it was a faulty one. Very poor service and concerns around transparency.
