Nando’s oxford

The server was attentive and let us know how long our food would be. The staff were all very friendly. The restaurant was clean too, and as always, good food.

I love nandos! Great food for a good price. One of the few places in the UK where you get unlimited self served refills on soda. Lots of excellent sauces for your chicken - my favorite is the Perri Perri garlic sauce. I'm also a big fan of third sides :)

Very nice veggie wrap but needed more halloumi. Staff nice and quick service. Always think chicken portions are small.

Amazing food, not badly priced either. Service is always quick whether you're eating in or taking it away. Love the refillable drinks too. One of my faves!

Vegans and vegetarians beware I ordered an imitator wrap, and found that my wrap had exactly one piece of chicken in the middle, amongst the vegan protein strips. I cannot think of why this could've happened (since vegan meat and raw chicken look completely different) apart from it being a 'prank'. I could tell very quickly, and I was unfortunately physically ill since I had eaten a bite. Its appalling that someone would think to trick a vegan this way. Imagine if this was an allergy issue, things could've been very serious.

We go there every week usually good but this week got sat down ordered on the app there was no chips on the menu. So we asked one of the staff after we interrupted there conversations and asked why there no chips on the menu he didn't know then he came back and said they had run out he should have told us before we ordered then we would have gone to the other one in town.

Today we visited this branch on our way from Bournemouth. The manager and staff were outstanding. My sister has a gluten intolerance and wanted to know what is safe to eat. The manager really reassured her that the dish she had picked was safe to eat and put her order through first. Also the young male staff member was very helpful, kept asking us if we need anything etc.,. Things like this makes us want to visit Nando's more and more!
